This former Lowell YMCA camp has a well marked entrance off Mammoth Rd. just south of Sherburne Rd. During July and August the Town of Pelham Parks and Recreation Dept. operates a summer day-camp here. Be aware that during summer day-camp, generally July through August, the presence of visitors may be cause for concern by the summer staff so it may be best to walk here weekends and evenings during those months.

Beach access and parking during July and August are available to residents by permit only. Please contact Pelham Parks and Recreation Dept. for more information.

Normally the entrance is closed by a gate but there is parking outside the gate. If the gate is open, visitors may drive along the narrow gravel road to the end where there is a large parking lot and path to the small but pleasant beach. This is a public beach open to residents during the season by permit obtainable at the Parks and Recreation Dept. office.

To enjoy a walk, park in the entrance near the veterans' monument and follow the gravel road. The road is fairly flat and suitable walking for most everyone. Hunting is prohibited in this park. Snowmobiles are welcome along the trails. The terrain lends itself to cross-country skiing as well.

This park is dedicated to all Pelham Veterans.
