Pink Permission Slip

Incident Report Form
Troop Leaders must submit to the SUM any unusual incidents, confrontations or injuries that happen during meetings, field trips or other outings.

Troop Fund Raiser
Application to do a troop fund raiser submitted by the Troop Leader to the SUM.

Suggestions on how parents can become more involved with your Troop this year. Parents can submit to the Troop Leader at the beginning of the year and they should be encouraged to sign up.
