The Pelham High School Music Department offers courses in musical instrument, vocal and chorus instruction.  Students often participate in activities where they service the local and regional community with their musical talents.

" Exciting things are musically happening at PHS!!"

 

Pelham High School Band shows its colors at the Bishop Brady Game in Concord Friday night.  This game was Bishop Brady's Homecoming Game and Pelham's Football Team again ran away with a terrific win. 

 

Currently Pelham High School Students may choose from the following music courses:

Beginning Guitar

Music Theory and Ear Training I & II

Piano and Keyboards I & II

History & Literature of Music

Band

Concert Choir

Jazz Ensemble

Select Choir

 

The Music Department will collaborate with Drama to present the Broadway Musical, Bye Bye Birdie April 9, 10, and 11, 2009

 

Heritage Music Festival - April 16 - 19

          The PHS Music Department will travel to Annapolis, MD to participate in the festival.  Students will tour Baltimore, Annapolis, the U.S. Naval Academy, Six Flags America.

 

Fund Raising Raffle to help students attend the Heritage Music Festival

          The PHS Music Boosters are sponsoring a Fund Raising Raffle with some amazing prizes (watch this page in the near future for a list of the prizes).  The drawing for the prizes will be held at the PHS Winter Concert on Thursday, December 18, at 7:00 PM.
