In order to register a student for attendance at Pelham Elementary School, the following paperwork
must be presented:
Immunization Record
Proof of Residency (All proof of residence paperwork must show Pelham address)
Driver's License or Car Registration cannot be accepted as Proof of Residency
Birth Certificate: Grade 1 only
Physical Examination current year (entering 1st grade and new students after first day of school)
Additional Paperwork Needed For Any Student Living with a Custodial Parent:
Legal paperwork showing custody
Divorce decree
