Congress has passed legislation which requires all educational institutions receiving federal funds, to implement an education program on the United States Constitution (Section 111 of Division J of Pub.L. 108-447, The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005). What resources are available for this program? Congress did not allocate funds for this program. However, various resource are available as follows:
