        Write a reflective journal or historical novel, focusing on one family's 
                                        life for a thirty year period, which reflects the economic and social 
                                        milieu (surroundings, environment, atmosphere) of the times.                    
                                  
                                          If you add graphics (see rubric), please make sure you are using works that
