****The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) has opened a Center for College Planning in Concord.  You can meet with a counselor for help with academic or financial counseling, and check books out of their library.  Families can use computer software to help them select the right college.  It is located at 4 Barrell Court in Concord.  Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  1-800-525-2577 x 119.****
