Senior Project Exhibition Reminders

v     Use the Exhibition rubric and the Presentation Guidelines when writing your outline and organizing your presentation. These are on the website at www.pelhamweb.org/phslibrary.

v     Practice, practice, practice!!!

v     Eye contact, clear audible voice, don’t forget to breathe!  Deep breaths will calm you and help you pace yourself.

  v     Remember to

          Introduce Yourself

          Thank your audience for coming

           State Your Thesis

           Explain why you chose it

           Explain what you will do

           Let the audience know when you will entertain questions

           Then proceed to wow them!

           Don’t forget an organized conclusion.

v     Handouts:  consider giving the judges a bibliography of your sources and/or a fact sheet on your topic.

v     Exhibition Length is 20-30 minutes including questions.
